A ballpark for expenses

• 100 USD / night for lodging.
• 50 USD / day for meals.
• 2200 USD for plane tickets.
• 950 USD for conference registration. Assuming we leave Brazil on July 1st, we arrive in Melbourne at July 3rd. We then leave Melbourn on July 12th. That's 10 days, 9 nights. So, it's a total of 900 USD for lodging, 500 USD for meals. We then arrive at a final count of 4550 USD for the trip.
