Data Quality Monitoring shifts

Requirements, instructions and sign-up procedures:

DQM shift persons should have basic analysis experience. Experience with global runs and/or detector performance appreciated. New shift persons are expected to take their first shift at day time. In preparation to the firstshift, they are also expected to attend the weekly DQM tutorial (held on Mondays) no more than two weeks in advance of their first shift, and to take a trainee shift.

One should note that for SPRACE members the following points are relevant:

1. In order to be elegible as a DQM shifter it is necessary to contact Kaori Maeshima before hand
2. Signed your slots at Shiftlist tool (afs/NICE)
3. Note that from now on each DQM_p5 (or DQM_offline) shifter will have to take 16 shifts (or 14 shifts)
