Subject: RE: Update on UED %BR% From: Greg Landsberg <landsberg@hep.brown.edu> %BR% Date: Sat, 04 Nov 2006 12:36:40 -0500 %BR% To: mercadan@fnal.gov, Sergio Lietti <lietti@fnal.gov>, "Sergio F. Novaes" <novaes@fnal.gov>, "Eduardo M. Gregores" <gregores@fnal.gov> Dear Pedro, Thanks for the update! I am in Hawaii at the moment, at the DPF, so I'll comment more upon return on Monday. I don't quite understand what's show in the MET figure - could you please explain the three colored histograms. When dealing with muons, it's important to use MET corrected for the presence of muons; in general MET in the electron channel should be more narrow than MET in the muon channel, unless you haven't used calorimeter-based MET not corrected for muon momenta. Best, Greg
