NeXus
NeXus is a Monte Carlo procedure – based on parton-based Gribov-Regge theory – to simulate different types of high energy interactions:
- Electron-positron annihilation up to LEP energies
- Lepton-nucleon scattering up to HERA energies
- Hadron-hadron scattering up to LHC energies
- Hadron-nucleus scattering up to LHC energies
- Nucleus-nucleus scattering up to LHC energies
NeXus may provide the initial condition for the hydrodynamics,
namely, the energy-momentum and other conserved charge distributions.
